Note for All Services:
Option to charge customers and fans for text message available. In case of premium message (where customer is charged), a confirmation message is sent to confirm transaction (also called the double opt-in).
The customer has to reply with Y to the confirmation message to avail the service. In USA, a separate billing message will be sent to the user as a receipt of transaction on mobile phone.
